Recruiting & Staffing

Recruiting

When it comes to building high performance high-tech teams, job #1 for every client is to build their team, not ours. That’s why we offer robust Recruiting Services, such as:

  • Perm placement on a contingency fee basis
  • Contract-to-hire consulting engagements
  • Retained search

Our perm placement services come with a replacement guarantee that ensures your satisfaction with the newest member of your team. Contract-to-hire engagements are typically for six months, but can be customized to meet your needs, including early conversion options. With retained search, in exchange for a modest retainer, we’ll work exclusively to fill your positions and only receive the lion’s share of our fee upon successfully doing so.

Staffing

Peak Load

We provide clients a hassle-free way to meet their staffing needs by providing temporary personnel during peak load times. Such times occur when:

  • major systems are being converted
  • software/hardware upgrade roll-out programs
  • core staff consumed with new systems work
  • compliance deadlines must be met

Once peak load needs are met, then staff levels revert back to previous levels.

Temporary

Temporary IT needs come in infinite varieties. We distinguish them from Peak Load in that they are more one-off project needs versus major spikes in demand for IT resources. Examples might include:

  • one time special reporting needs that cannot be met by current staff
  • filling in for a key employee out on an extended absence
  • helping a key employee with their “day job” while they’re on a special assignment

You get the idea. Whether you need a true IT pro for a few weeks or many months, we’ve got just the right person to meet your need.

Non-Core

Many clients are increasingly outsourcing all or part of their IT function. Common examples include desktop support and infrastructure, application development and even project management. Such decisions are made on the basis of what clients consider core to their primary business. For example, one client considers systems analysis to be core, but not the development of the software to meet the needs identified by such analysis. Some clients, both large and small, have decided that the entire IT function is not core to what they’re in business to do, so they outsource IT entirely. Wherever you are in this wide spectrum, odds are that what is non-core to your organization is core to ours. IT’s what we do.
