For over 27 years, Dr. Snively held executive leadership positions in higher education and in a large international not-for-profit based in Washington D.C. He has advised and coached executives and senior leadership teams from Fortune 500 companies to national nonprofit and faith-based organizations. Dan is specifically recognized for his effectiveness in evaluating and improving the performance of senior executives. He uses these insights to build results-driven teams, help organizations develop their leadership pipeline and rebuild the effectiveness of leaders in crisis. Dr. Snively links leadership to character, values, and principles while bringing clarity to key issues that shape organizational climate and workforce.
Dr. Snively holds masters and doctorate degrees from Ball State University with emphasis in organizational leadership, supervision and management.
