Carmel, IN – In a move indicative of the resurgence of their core IT staffing/solutions business, Ambassador Solutions has promoted two of their key executives. Tom Hasler, a six year veteran of the firm, is now Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Support Services. Ten year veteran, Josh Lindemann, has been promoted to Vice President of Recruiting Services.

About that bright future, Lindemann said, “The convergence we’re seeing within the IT consulting market really plays to Ambassador’s sweet spot. In staffing, big customers are increasingly disenchanted with the quality of the work they’re receiving for the low rates they’ve demanded through vendor management programs and offshore providers. In solutions (projects), customers are pushing back on the premium rates being charged by so-called solutions firms. Those high rates are typically more reflective of the vendors’ bench time costs than any meaningful increase in quality. So, customers are converging toward the middle of the market where Ambassador’s been delivering great business results at reasonable prices for over 23 years.”
