AIT Laboratories has won TechPoint’s Mira Award for excellence in the use of technology. Mira, Indiana’s only state-wide technology award, is one of most prestigious honors that companies can receive.
Ambassador Solutions nominated AIT for the award. Dr. Ron Thieme, Ambassador’s VP of Strategic Services, observed that “I typically spend a lot of time explaining to clients the importance of utilizing quality information systems and how they add value to a business, but in AIT’s case, [AIT founder and president] Dr. Michael Evans was already committed to using technology to achieve the company’s business goals. He already recognized that value. It was a pleasure to assist the company in making its efforts known to the community.”
Evans believes winning a TechPoint Mira Award is a sign that AIT Laboratories is moving in the right direction. “This award is a tremendous compliment to our employees and their willingness to take ownership of the methods and systems we’ve integrated into our processes over the last few years,” he said. “It speaks well of our future.”
