Quarterly Socials
We try to plan four social events outside of the office each year. Our annual Christmas party is always a fantastic event with great food, music, dancing, and gifts. Other social events have included an afternoon at Victory Field for an Indians’ game, a Friday evening get-together at Chammps, a night of pool-sharking at Chalkies, and a high speed night of racing at Stefan Johannson’s Karting Center. What will we think of next? What do ducks have to do with duckpin bowling?

Omelet Day
Once per quarter, Le Café Ambassador is open for breakfast. Our President/CEO, Brad Lindemann (a.k.a. Chef Lindy), cooks omelets to order in our office kitchen. This is a great opportunity for our employees and clients alike to stop by the office and get fueled up for the day with one of the chef's signature omelets.
Check our news and events section on the home page for the next Omelet Day, as it is occasionally rescheduled. One more thing, the kitchen is open to all friends of the firm, so if you waiting on a formal invitation to Omelet Day …stop waiting! Consider yourself invited.

Celebration Wednesday
The success of every great team is largely dependent upon the cohesive interaction of team members. Getting to know your co-workers outside of the workplace is not always practical. In order to facilitate stronger working relationships, Ambassador teammates come together every quarter for some "Celebration Wednesday" team building.
On Celebration Wednesday, we recognize our teammates’ birthdays, anniversaries and special achievements. We gather at our Carmel office around 4:30 for birthday cake, appetizers and beverages. It's an opportunity to let our hair down and get to know our teammates on a more personal level. Although it’s very casual, we consider Celebration Wednesdays to be a very important part of our uniquely inspiring culture.
