A Rich Heritage
Brad Lindemann founded Ambassador Solutions in 1989 with an initial focus on the IBM Midrange (AS/400) contract application development market throughout the Midwest. In the mid 90’s we transitioned to client/server development then to web-centric development a few years later.
Following an extensive strategic planning process in 2006, we restructured the firm along three primary lines of business:

March 2006
Ambassador Solutions achieves Managed Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status within the Information Worker and Custom Application Development competencies.
November 2005
Ambassador Solutions embarks upon the most extensive strategic planning process in history of the company. The goal is to complete our evolution from an IT staffing firm to an IT solutions firm.
January 2004
With positive revenue and income growth from 2002 to 2003, Ambassador Solutions officially turns the corner on three very difficult years within the IT consulting industry. The outlook for 2004 is very bright, as we plan to end the year with record number of consultants on billing.
Ambassador, Inc. begins doing business as “Ambassador Solutions”.
January 2002
Ambassador, Inc. closes-out a miraculously profitable 2001, the most challenging year in the history of the IT consulting business.
April 2000
Ambassador forms an emerging digital venture launch pad called Ambassador Ventures, Inc.
February 2000
Ambassador Consulting re-brands itself as Ambassador, Inc. and adopts the new positioning statement: "Solutions. Powered by people."
January 1999
Ambassador Consulting forms its Web-Centric Solutions team.
October 1998
Ambassador Consulting wins the Interactive Intelligence 1998 Vision Award for Best New EIC Application, a computer telephony solution.
January 1998
Ambassador Consulting becomes an Interactive Intelligence, Inc. Partner / Integrator.
March 1997
Ambassador Consulting becomes one of twelve Microsoft Solution Provider Partners in the state of Indiana.
December 1996
Ambassador Consulting opens its third branch. This one in Denver, Colorado.
August 1996
Ambassador Consulting becomes an Oracle Business Alliance Partner.
May 1995
Ambassador Consulting becomes a Microsoft Solutions Provider.
December 1994
Ambassador Consulting branches out with its first satellite office. Its target: the small to medium-sized manufacturing companies throughout Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan.
October 1989
Ambassador Consulting becomes an IBM Business Partner.
Ambassador Consulting becomes a member of the National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses (NACCB) which is the largest association exclusively representing IT consulting firms.
April 1989
Brad Lindemann founds the Information Technology Division of Ambassador Financial Services, Inc. which was soon renamed to Ambassador Consulting.
